Cancellation and Booking Policy

No. 95 cancellation policy is applicable to all reservations made at any of the group's properties.

Less than 24 hours prior to arrival - 100% of total accommodation to be charged
Less than 48 hours prior to arrival - 50% of total accommodation to be charged

All bookings are held in good faith when not guaranteed until 6.00pm, from then the property reserves the right to release the booking. When a booking is guaranteed with a deposit or credit card, this room will be held for the period of the reservation, should the guest not show for the guaranteed reservation then a full charge for the reservation will be processed against the credit card or the deposit used to cover the charge.

Upon arrival each guest will be required to complete a registration card accepting the terms as listed on the card.

No. 95 accepts all major credit cards. On arrival a pre-authorisation will be processed against the credit card for the first nights accommodation plus an additional bond of $50.00 to cover incidentals. The pre-authorised amount is utilisied on check-out.
If paying in cash, then the first nights accommodation plus the bond is required on check-in. If payment is not forthcoming the relevant property reserves the right to refuse check-in.
