Here at No 95 Accommodation we pride ourselves on our friendly service and the quality of the accommodation we provide. But, don’t just take our word for it. Read what recent guests have said about their stay with us…

“Great place to stop and rest before another day of driving through the NSW countryside. Great location easy to find. Check in was very quick and easy and the room was large and comfortable. The American breakfast in the morning was nice and at a great price. We would happily stay there again if we were travelling through.” – Scott in November 2017

“Great central location easy walking distance to Thai and town. The shower was the best shower I have had in a hotel in a very long time.” – Wanda in November 2017

“I never generally eat at my motel restaurants based on previous bad experience. Tonight I went against that rule and WOW, thee restaurant food at No 95 Accommodation was sensational. My starter of Pan Fired Chicken Breast & Chorizo was beautifully cooked and then my steak was just great, perfectly cooked as I ordered, the mash was sensational and the pepper sauce topped it all off perfectly. The young girl serving was also doubling as the receptionist, she was bubbly. polite, smiling all the time and did a great job. Compliments to all.” – Karibu in November 2017

“Exactly what we needed after a busy and tiring night cleaning and packing venue up from a conference. Comfortable bed and hot hot water.” – George in October 2017

“Great value and very well appointed. So lucky to have got the room at short notice. Large room and extra comfy bed.” – Jill in October 2017

“No 95 is a very comfortable place to stay in Dubbo. Despite being located on busy (but convenient) Mitchell Highway, my room was quiet. The room was also immaculately clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower superb (even temperature and fantastic water pressure). The restaurant provided great meals but vegetables need to be ordered as a side dish with main meal. Mine host, Rod, also plays the piano in the restaurant and is an accomplished pianist. Recommended.” – Inspyght in October 2017

“Welcome oasis in Dubbo – Dubbo has may motels. I have stayed in quite a few over the years but this one is pleasantly different. The staff on the front desk are welcoming and very helpful when you need to know something about Dubbo. The foyer and restaurant are fitted out in an understated style and I feel welcome when I walk in after working all day.

The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable and the linen crisp clean and thick.
I stay in Dubbo for work so I stay for a few days at a time. The restaurant at No 95 has a wide and different menu. The food is well presented and delicious and the staff are delightful and nothing is too much trouble.
The highlight is the piano music provided by Rod the proprietor during dinner. No other motel I have stayed in has live piano music during dinner, very civilised and when he is not playing classic FM is in the background.” – Phillip in September 2017

“Nice hotel. Close to eatery places. Just an overnight stay. Was good place. Very comfy.” – Gai in August 2017

“Fantastic Staff! My usual B&B mixed up my booking so I was very pleased to find a room vacant at No 95! Chantelle was nothing short of amazing! Besides checking me in very efficiently, she handled the front desk, restaurant bookings, took meal, drinks and coffee orders all evening, seated, served and cleared all the tables too & delivered room service! All with a smile!
The restaurant was full, good food but a bit overpriced for what it was.
The room was clean, bed comfy, pretty basic but comfortable. Adequate parking too! The staff on check out were great too but the stand out was Chantelle! Give the girl a bonus! She kept everyone happy in spite of a massive workload on her solo shoulders last night!” – Gloria in August 2017

“The friendly staff, the modern room set up, the mini bar having boutique beverages not the usual mainstream drinks, comfy bed, great atmosphere, friendly staff relaxed experience – what more can I say? ” – Mark in July 2017

“Really happy with this place – nice spot, nice comfy rooms, really happy with the location… I really cannot fault this really nice spot. I even had a meal in the restaurant, it was really nice. The front desk team were really friendly and helpful and after the 8 hour drive, I was very well welcomed.” – Paul K in February 2017.

“Rod was a great host – very helpful and responsive! Very nice hotel, modern rooms – the bed was extremely comfortable with great pillows – slept very well. Air conditioning was great and there was also great block out curtains so we could sleep in. It was clean tidy and handy to everything and has a nice area for breakfast. There was a piano bar, which we didn’t use but will have to save that for next time. I also used the pool, which was conveniently located just outside our room. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!“– Linda in January 2017.

“I was travelling by myself with my two primary school aged daughters. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning about 5 hours after our planned ETA. Upon calling them in Victoria of our expected tardiness, they were supportive and reassuring encouraging me to not rush and to be safe with my choices regardless of my check-in time.

The service was amazing and our room clean and quiet. I needed to sleep in. Breakfast finished at 9am but we made it in time. A table was laid beautifully for us and a continental complimentary breakfast included – croissants, muffins, yogurt, cereal boxes, fruit bowl of fresh produce including passionfruit, toast – white, wholemeal, and raisin, cheese, great range of teas, etc.

The outer facade of the hotel was a bit dated. But the room interior had been updated which gave a definite clean modern feel. The sheets and towels were crisp and white.

Our room was on the ground at the back. And while the morning sun hit the window, the block out curtains and aircon kept the room cool. We had plenty of space for our 3 suitcases.

Kids loved the pool. It was clean, blue and well maintained. AND I could get wifi there to do computer stuff while they played 🙂 happy mummy

The other thing I liked at this hotel was the service! Every staff member I spoke with was kind, patient, helpful, and simply good at their job.

Personally, I enjoyed seeing a baby grand piano in the foyer too.” – Mattix in December 2016.

“We had a wonderful meal last night at 95. The food was gorgeous and the service great. Roderick, our host, played the piano beautifully. The meal was as good as you would get in a first class restaurant anywhere in the world.” – Susie in November 2016.

“With so many motels in Dubbo it is a hard choice. I have stayed here twice with a bunch of mates after a long bike ride from Sydney. The pricing is good value for a simple clean room. Mini bar is not stupidly expensive and the pool was clean and very welcome on a hot day. The host Rod is really friendly bloke. Only a short 10 minute walk into town.” – Simon in October 2016.

“Can’t speak highly enough about No. 95. From the check-in, to the room, to the amazing perfectly done rare eye fillet and finally to the hosts. An unexpected gem in Dubbo – don’t be put off by the old motel exterior, thus is an owner that pays attention to detail and to his guests. Highly recommended!” – Rachelle in June 2016.

“I have been travelling to Dubbo almost monthly for the last 5 years. After trying most of the hotels in the area I settled on Number 95 for a few reasons. Rod, the owner is always very friendly and the rest of his team are always helpful. The restaurant always has amazing food and if you get bored there is Lions Pride or KFC walking distance away. The room is always clean and comfortable and has a well stocked mini bar. Overall it is always a great experience.” – Daniel in May 2016.

“Have been staying here for travel stop overs for the last five years. I never book anywhere else in Dubbo! Accomadation wonderful, pillows are very comfortable (not often do you find a comfortable pillow in motel rooms!!). Always clean rooms & very great linin & towels! Food & entertainment in resteraunt is superb! Always so much choice in the breakfast buffet. Mini bar selection is great & can always always find a car park! The owner & host is very welcoming & even entertains at night in the resteraunt on the piano!! Very happy every time!! Would highly recommend this Accomadation to anyone.” – CattleMum in April 2016.

“Stayed here while in Dubbo to visit the Zoo. There were 2 Adults and to Kids in a family room, where we had 1 king bed and 2 singles. Room was comfortable with a decent size television with Foxtel channels. Refrigerator with mini bar and a microwave. Bathroom was fine with a good shower head. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Continental breakfast was included in our rate, it was your normal breakfast fare including fresh croissants. Very close to fast food restaurants and an easy drive to Dubbo zoo. No issues here and would stay again if in Dubbo.” – FamilyTraveller in April 2016.

“The family room we had was great, very clean and tidy. We didn’t hear any road noise either, which can be hard to find in dubbo! The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. It was great to have a full continental breakfast included also. There was also enough room to park my ute whilst still hooked up to my trailer.” – Bart in December 2015.

“Great Hotel. My partner and I stayed here on our trip from Brisbane to Adelaide and it was really lovely. Our room was very clean, had a great king size bed (not two single beds put together and dressed as a king, but an actual king bed with king pillows!) and the room felt very homely. The bathroom was in an older style but it was still clean and functional – they even offer “old” towels to use when dealing with makeup or hair dye which was a nice inclusion. We had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious. My partner remarked how easy it was to check in and there was ample parking for our car and trailer. Will definitely stay here again.” – HolidayHound84 in July 2015.

“Wonderful. Stayed here on our trip from Melbourne to Queensland, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was superb it would have to be the best steak I have ever eaten in my life. Breakfast is included in the price and it is very affordable.” – CaseyBabe in July 2015.

“Perfect. Pillows like a cloud! Owner very friendly, accommodating, obviously takes much pride in the hotel. Cared for bathrooms (a little squished) standard shower, friendly staff team. Big comfy beds. Very happy with our stay will come back.” – Jacqui M in July 2015.

“Good friendly staff. Beds very comfy. Breaky good. Pretty central to everything if you have a car. Plenty of food places within walking distance. Plenty of parking. We have free wifi and continental breakfast, which was very welcome. Thanks for the stay.” – BanjoGoyle in June 2015.

“Definitely recommend. We stayed one night on our way through Dubbo and found that No 95 had everything we needed in accommodation – quiet, clean, tidy, off street undercover parking (not all under cover but several spots), and the bathrooms appear to be recently renovated.” – Tinky T in April 2015.

“Best hotel in Dubbo. Our family of five stayed here on a Friday night, before visiting the zoo on the weekend. We loved it – the room was spacious and clean, the beds uber-comfy, the spa bath great fun, and the night was quiet. We really enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of choices, from croissants and muffins to yoghurts and fresh fruit. It was lovely to find a hotel which combined modern fittings and convenience with real country hospitality. I don’t understand why anyone would have a complaint about this great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again with the family.” – Rourkies in April 2015.

Clean, hospitable, great breakfast included. The host is charming and very helpful. The room is spotlessly clean and contains all that you need. The continental breakfast included in the tariff was the best we’ve had – great variety, very clean and tidy, and topped up regularly. We would definitely recommend 95 for Dubbo stays.“ – Bearbuster in April 2015.

“We stayed for 3 nights over Easter with friends and all of us enjoyed our stay. The motel is within easy walking distance of the centre of town and a 30min walk to the zoo. The rooms were clean and quiet. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The beds were very comfy. The continental breakfast was included in our Tarif and was great with plenty to eat. Even though there was no gluten free I could bring my own bread to breakfast. The restaurant wasn’t open for dinner over Easter but the owner told us about other options within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner showed where we could park the motor bikes so they weren’t seen from the street. We would definitely stay next time we are in Dubbo.” – Cheryl M in April 2015.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay at this good value motel. Modern, clean and has very comfortable rooms, great facilities and a good location. We enjoyed the continental breakfast that is included in the rate which not many other motels offer. Will stay again.” – MrsBeach & Ski in September 2014.

“Thank you Rod for welcoming me to No.95. Lovely friendly motel, service was great going out of your way to help me. Very sympathetic with a lot of people visiting with Family in hospital. Lovely breakfast included in price of room. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and showers perfect, beautiful hot water temperature does not fluctuate. Visited more than once and service has not changed.” – Lynn M in January 2015.

“Had a bit of a mess around with other accommodation but No. 95 was there to help us out and book out group in for the week with little to no notice. Not only that but they presented amazing customer service, which was delightful for our stay. Probably one of the best experiences and customer service I have received at a hotel.” – Kilom3tres in December 2014.

“I recently stayed at No. 95 in Dubbo when I had to go for a work conference. The service was excellent and the rooms were very nice. I enjoyed a beautiful meal in the restaurant there and also enjoyed the piano entertainment whilst relaxing with a nice glass of bubbly and a gourmet meal. A continental breakfast was also included in the price of the room and it was excellent value. I would be very happy to recommend this establishment to all my friends and family and next time I have to be in Dubbo I will certainly be checking in here again” – Coralie in August 2014.

“Rod the manager was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I would have no trouble staying here again when travelling through the area. Tip to 4wd or high vehicle owners, enter the carpark on the right hand side of the pool. That way you wont get caught with any height restrictions.” – Mark in July 2014.

“Stayed 2 nights very happy. Continental breakfast included, much as you want. Comfy bed, clean room. Restaurant not open Sunday night had Chinese close by cheap and tasty. Ate in restaurant Monday night really good meal, reasonable price, piano player was great touch. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.” – Denise in May 2014.

“Staff are very helpful, very clean, neat rooms. The restaurant is great, beautiful food! Small bathrooms but not really a drama. Family room sleeps four and was perfect for us! Can highly recommend – will definitely stay again!” – Roccos in May 2014.

“Was stranded in Dubbo and needed a place to stay. Found number 95 on the internet and was very happy with the discovery. Staff fantastic, bar and restaurant superb. Room spacious and comfortable. King size bed was great. Only downside was the small bathroom. Make sure you eat at least one dinner in the restaurant.” – Aerotroy in March 2014.

“Stayed here for one night on a business trip. Met at reception by an extremely nice gentlemen, who turns out to be the owner. Rooms are a good size, bathrooms a little small but it has what you need. The rooms are extremely clean, and the beds are amazingly comfortable. The restaurant is excellent, great food and fantastic atmosphere. Waitress has great customer service always smiling despite having a busy restaurant and being the only waitress. Again the extremely pleasant and talented owner is playing the grand piano. Will defiantly stay and eat here again. Best stay in Dubbo yet.” – Thanhain in February 2014.

“After searching online for a bed for one night at a reasonable cost, this redeveloped motel caught my eye and did not disappoint. The bathrooms are small but still very serviceable, but the unit is of high quality and the comfortable bed was the highlight.” — Susan L in January 2014.

“Excellent accommodation. Room was well appointed and very clean. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. This motel is to a good standard and we would certainly stay here again. Highly recommend.” — KandL on September 27, 2013.

“Clean accommodation for a business trip. Spent three nights at No 95, I arrived early (lunchtime) and it was no trouble to check me in at that time with a little re-shuffle and checking. This is an old motor inn, with a relatively new refurbishment. My room was clean and comfortable and well serviced each day. The owner was pleasant, helpful – but just as important – not intrusive. Breakfast, which is provided as part of the tarriff consisted of toasts, pastries, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Expresso coffee was available and made to order…  I hate motel bound business trips, but stays like this one make it a whole lot more tolerable. Dubbo does not have a lot to chose from, but I’d stay here again.” — Laurafelicity on June 29, 2013.

“Hi, Last year I had a work associate from Sydney contact me to find some accommodation in Dubbo & she had specific requirements. I gave her your details & she stayed. Sylvia just called me to let me know she was coming again this year & had contacted you for another room, she was so impressed with your service she had to call me. May I say a big thank you & a huge well done on your customer service & be assured that the only accommodation recommendations throughout the national transport company we both work at will be to stay with you.” — Debbie on June 5, 2013.

“We booked one night and ended up staying three. Clean, very quiet (room 212), plenty of parking and had everything we wanted. Having fox sports and movies was also good. The gentleman on the desk was very helpful with our requests.” — GG on April 28, 2013.

“Comfortable bed and pillows. The receptionist was a true delight – couldn’t have been more helpful.” — Carolyn on February 9, 2013.

“This is easily one of the best hotels in Dubbo, and a refreshing change from the chain motels I’m used to. Unfamiliar with the area on a trip through the town for a wedding, we came across No 95 and were very pleased we did. The owner and receptionist was very helpful, and the rooms very good value for their price. Just wish we could have stayed longer so we could enjoy the bar, restaurant and pool!” — Lucy on January 22, 2013.

“We stayed at No 95 Accommodation in Dubbo on a stopover on the way to Brisbane. It was 39 degrees when we arrived and we were tired from a 9 hour drive. The owner was super nice, letting us know about the local places to eat that were within walking distance and letting us know about the breakfast he puts on in the morning (that was part of our package). The room was cool despite the heat outside, and the aircon worked a treat. The room was extremely clean, and came with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. It has nice modern fittings and we slept like a dream! There is also a pool onsite which we didn’t go in but we saw a couple of families enjoying it. Breakfast the next morning was nice, cereal, tea, coffee, muffins, toast etc. We would stay again.” — Hunteress on January 7, 2013.

“Value compared to others in the same area is excellent! Clean, tidy and spacious room with great beds and the most comfortable pillows!! “I recently stayed at No. 95 for a wedding. This is definitely the best hotel in Dubbo, if not the best country hotel I have ever stayed in. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, modern and bright. The hotel is conveniently located to everything in Dubbo – we were able to walk down to the main street and the Zoo (where the reception was held) was only a short drive away. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.” — Alison on October 9, 2012
